By downloading, accessing, or using RotCut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some RotCut features may require a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. Pricing, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details are presented at the point of purchase. Purchases made through third-party app stores are also subject to that store's billing terms and policies.

You are responsible for managing subscriptions through the platform used to purchase them. We may provide support for eligible purchase restoration requests, but final billing and refund handling may be controlled by the relevant app store.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service.

RotCut, including its software, branding, visual elements, text, and related materials, is owned by KoponTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its content.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of RotCut at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will always be error-free or compatible with every device or operating system version.

8. Disclaimers

RotCut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness of the service for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoponTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of RotCut. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for RotCut in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to RotCut if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service, our users, or our rights. You may stop using RotCut at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of RotCut after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
